A cancellation request can be created by either the shipper or the carrier. Once the carrier has notified that they are on their way to collect the job a cancellation request can no longer be created.
Follow these steps
Log into your account: .
In the side navigation bar, click 'Browse jobs'.
You will find a list of your jobs, click the 'View' button to view the job.
Click on the 'Cancel' button to open a new cancellation request.
Add a reason for the cancellation, and click 'Cancel'.
