How to cancel a job

Follow this guide to cancel a job on Load Logistics.

A cancellation request can be created by either the shipper or the carrier. Once the carrier has notified that they are on their way to collect the job a cancellation request can no longer be created.

Follow these steps

[Step #1] Log into your account: https://app.loadlogistics.com.au .

[Step #2] In the side navigation bar, click 'Search jobs'.

[Step #3] You will find a list of your jobs, click the 'View' button to view the job.

[Step #4] Click on the 'Cancel' button to open a new cancellation request.

[Step #5] Add a reason for the cancellation, and click 'Cancel'.
