How to view disputes

Follow this guide to view a dispute on Load Logistics.

A dispute can only be created by a shipper. When a dispute is open, all payments related to a job are put on hold until the dispute is resolved. The shipper and the carrier must negotiate and agree on an outcome for the dispute.

Follow these steps

[Step #1] Log into your account: https://app.loadlogistics.com.au .

[Step #2] In the top navigation bar, click 'Account' (The circle with the image).

[Step #3] Find 'Disputes', and click 'Visit'.
