How to view disputes

Follow this guide to view a dispute on Load Logistics.

A dispute can only be created by a shipper. When a dispute is open, all payments related to a job are put on hold until the dispute is resolved. The shipper and the carrier must negotiate and agree on an outcome for the dispute.

Follow these steps

  1. Log into your account: https://app.loadlogistics.com.au .

  2. In the top navigation bar, click 'Account' (The circle with the image).

  3. Find 'Disputes', and click 'Visit'.
