# How to change your account password

## Follow these steps

**\[Step #1]** Log into your account: [https://app.loadlogistics.com.au](https://app.loadlogistics.com.au/login) .

**\[Step #2]** In the top navigation bar, navigate to '**Account**' (The circle with the image).

**\[Step #3]** Find '**Settings**', and click '**Visit**'.

**\[Step #4]** Scroll to  '**Optional password reset**'.

**\[Step #5]** Enter your email address and click '**Send code to email**'.

**\[Step #6]** A verification code will be sent to your email (please check junk folders), you will need to enter this into the '**Reset code**' field.

**\[Step #7]** Enter a new password into the '**Password**' field.

**\[Step #8]** Click '**Update password**'.
