How to change your account password
Follow this guide to change your account password on Load Logistics.
If your email is not arriving, please view your junk folder as emails we send may be delivered there.
Follow these steps
Log into your account: https://app.loadlogistics.com.au .
In the top navigation bar, navigate to 'Account' (The circle with the image).
Find 'Account settings', and click 'Visit'.
Scroll to 'Optional password reset'.
Enter your email address and click 'Send code to email'.
A verification code will be sent to your email (please check junk folders), you will need to enter this into the 'Reset code' field.
Enter a new password into the 'Password' field.
Click 'Update Password'.
