How to open a dispute
Follow this guide to open a dispute on Load Logistics.
A dispute can only be created by a shipper. When a dispute is open, all payments related to a job are put on hold until the dispute is resolved. The shipper and the carrier must negotiate and agree on an outcome for the dispute.
Types of disputes
Payment Dispute
Disputes related to payment issues such as delays, incorrect amounts, or payment methods.
Delivery Service Dispute
Disputes over the timeliness and quality of the service provided.
Condition of Cargo Dispute
Disputes related to cargo damage, loss, or incorrect delivery.
Contractual Dispute
Disagreements regarding breaches or terms of the contract.
Load Specification
Issues related to misrepresented load details or compliance with specifications.
Operational Issue
Disputes involving scheduling conflicts or cancellations.
Communication Problem
Problems arising from ineffective communication or documentation issues.
Regulatory Compliance Issue
Disputes related to legal compliance and insurance matters.
User Experience Dispute
Issues related to the functionality of the platform or support services.
Follow these steps
Log into your account: https://app.loadlogistics.com.au .
In the top navigation bar, click 'Manage Jobs'.
You will find a list of your jobs, click the 'View' button to view the job.
Click on the 'Open Dispute' button to open a dispute.
Complete all of the dispute details required.
Click on the 'Dispute' button to open the dispute.
