# How to change your account email

*If your email is not arriving, please view your junk folder as emails we send may be delivered there.*

## Follow these steps

**\[Step #1]** Log into your account: [https://app.loadlogistics.com.au](https://app.loadlogistics.com.au/login) .

**\[Step #2]** In the top navigation bar, click '**Account**' (The circle with the image).

**\[Step #3]** Find '**Settings'**, and click '**Visit**'.

**\[Step #4]** Scroll to  '**Change or verify email**'.

**\[Step #5]** Enter your new email address and click '**Send**'.

**\[Step #6]** A verification code will be sent to your email (please check junk folders), you will need to enter this into the '**Code**' field and click '**Verify code**'.
