How to change your account email

Follow this guide to change your account email on Load Logistics.

If your email is not arriving, please view your junk folder as emails we send may be delivered there.

Follow these steps

[Step #1] Log into your account: https://app.loadlogistics.com.auarrow-up-right .

[Step #2] In the top navigation bar, click 'Account' (The circle with the image).

[Step #3] Find 'Settings', and click 'Visit'.

[Step #4] Scroll to 'Change or verify email'.

[Step #5] Enter your new email address and click 'Send'.

[Step #6] A verification code will be sent to your email (please check junk folders), you will need to enter this into the 'Code' field and click 'Verify code'.
