How to resolve disputes

Follow this guide to resolve a dispute on Load Logistics.

A dispute can only be created by a shipper. When a dispute is open, all payments related to a job are put on hold until the dispute is resolved. The shipper and the carrier must negotiate and agree on an outcome for the dispute.

Follow these steps

[Step #1] Log into your account: https://app.loadlogistics.com.au .

[Step #2] In the side navigation bar, click 'My jobs'.

[Step #3] You will find a list of your jobs, click the 'View' button to view the job.

[Step #4] Click on the 'View dispute' button to view the dispute.

[Step #5] Review the dispute information and message each party to exchange and reason an outcome for the dispute.

[Step #6] The shipper can adjust the dispute outcome and the carrier can accept and resolve the dispute.
