How to resolve disputes

Follow this guide to resolve a dispute on Load Logistics.

A dispute can only be created by a shipper. When a dispute is open, all payments related to a job are put on hold until the dispute is resolved. The shipper and the carrier must negotiate and agree on an outcome for the dispute.

Follow these steps

  1. Log into your account: .

  2. In the side navigation bar, click 'My jobs'.

  3. You will find a list of your jobs, click the 'View' button to view the job.

  4. Click on the 'View dispute' button to view the dispute.

  5. Review the dispute information and message each party to exchange and reason an outcome for the dispute.

  6. The shipper can adjust the dispute outcome and the carrier can accept and resolve the dispute.
